To
show or hide a toolbar: choose View > Toolbars and
choose a toolbar (e.g. Drawing) from the submenu.
To add an icon to a toolbar: choose
Tools > Customize. In the Customize dialog box, click
the
tab. From the Categories list, choose a category (e.g. Slide
Show), then click and drag an icon from the Commands list to
the toolbar. To remove an icon, click and drag it from the toolbar. Click
.
To create a custom toolbar: choose
Tools > Customize. In the Customize dialog box, click
the tab.
Click ,
name the toolbar, and click OK. Click the
tab and drag icons to the new toolbar.
To move a toolbar: click the toolbar
handle
and drag the toolbar anywhere within the toolbar area. To move a floating
toolbar,click and drag its title bar. Double-click the title bar to dock
the toolbar.
To resize a pane: position the mouse
pointer on a pane border. When the pointer becomes a double-headed arrow,
click and drag the bar.
