Creating, Opening, and Saving Presentations

 

To create a new presentation: click or press CTRL+N. If you want to base a new presentation on a
template, display the New Presentation task pane and click On my computer. In the New Presentation dialog box, click a tab (e.g. ), choose a design or presentation template, and click OK.

To open an existing presentation: click or press CTRL+O. In the Open dialog box, choose the document and click .

To save a presentation: click or press CTRL+S. If your presentation is new, name it in the Save As dialog box and click .
