You can rehearse your presentation and use the timings to run the presentation automatically. You can also package the presentation for distribution.

Choose View > Slide Show or press F5. When the presentation starts in full- screen view, click the mouse or press the spacebar to advance the slides. Use the presentation toolbar for easy access to display and annotation functions.

To add annotations during a presentation: click , choose a pen type from the menu (e.g. Highlighter), and click and drag to mark up the slide. When your presentation is complete, click when prompted to save annotations.

To switch to a black screen: click and choose Screen > Black Screen. Click once or press the spacebar to restart the presentation.

To end the presentation: press ESC, or click and choose End Show.
