- Choose File > Package for CD. In the Package for CD
dialog box, name the CD, and do one of the following.
- Package the presentation to a folder:

In the Copy to Folder dialog box, name the presentation folder,
specify its location, and click OK. The Copying Files
to Folder box displays the packaging progress.
- Package the presentation to a writable
CD: click
 .
The Copying Files to CD box displays the packaging progress.
If your computer does not have a CD writer, or cannot write CDs
directly from PowerPoint, package the presentation to a folder and
create a CD later.
Note: By default, PowerPoint packages your presentation along with linked
files (graphics, video, etc.) and the PowerPoint Viewer (which enables
presentations to run on computers without PowerPoint). Click 
in the Package for CD dialog box to change packaging options.
