Terms
and Conditions
Payment Terms
- Payment by credit card is required until the Reseller
Application has been approved. Please allow 5 - 10 business
days for approval.
- Your first order must be paid by credit card.
- Once your application has been approved, you may opt
to be invoiced.
- Our payment terms are Net 30.
- Failure to pay on time may result in credit card payments
for all future orders.
- If you have any overdue invoices, and an order is placed,
that order will not be shipped until payment has been
received.
Terms and Conditions
- Upon placing an order, you are to provide us with the
name of the company that you are selling our product
to. Otherwise our standard corporate pricing will be
applied.
- Orders of 1,000 or more guides are to be drop shipped
to your client, unless otherwise arranged with Nevada.
- We will not accept returns unless orders are shipped
incorrectly or product is damaged during shipping.
- To maintain your preferred pricing, you may not promote
any other Quick Reference Guide products (other than
Nevada).
- Translation or reproduction of our products is forbidden
without the express written consent of Nevada Learning
Series. We also ask that you seek our approval for the
addition of stickers on any of our products.
Our responsibilities
- We will provide you with the appropriate licenses to
sell our product in Canada and/or the United States
of America only.
- We will provide you with a 17.5% discount off our standard
corporate pricing.
- After such time that the Reseller
purchases either 3 orders, or 1000 guides, we will increase
the discount to 25%.
- We will provide you with samples as required.
- We will support you and provide any assistance (to the
best of our ability) when requested.
- We will ensure all orders are processed and delivered
within specified time frames. However, we are not responsible
for any delays in deliveries due to unforeseen circumstances.
- You will be given access to our secure Reseller's Page
on our website where you can place orders, and receive
down loadable samples of our products.
