  2. Continue ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders (Admin Execs, Local IT staff) to ensure they are reinforcing the self-help strategy provided by the great tools you have invested in.

  3. Check in with Help Desk staff to ensure they have all that they need and are utilizing the tools themselves, as well as reminding users on where to get them, especially those repeat callers! 

  4. Create an ongoing e-tip newsletter of valuable features that is sent out to users to encourage skill growth for users.
