People respond best when they receive relevant content that they can access quickly.
All too often, project teams inundate their employees with volumes of unnecessary information in ineffective formats, whether it be important training materials of more general communication documents. Far too much of this information is delivered as manuals full of technical jargon that is meaningless to most, or in lengthy emails and memos.
What does Nevada do to help you?
To ensure this ultimately important information still reaches users without anything being lost in translation, but in a way that’s far more digestible and less overwhelming, Nevada partners with your project teams to help change the perspective by focusing on the content’s most relevant details. We then work to reduce and repackage the information into clear, task-based sections and instructions that are easy to navigate and apply when the user needs it. This is the system Nevada Learning Series has long perfected since it first developed its award-winning line of Quick Reference Guides back in 1994.
Custom Training Solutions
Nevada will not only customize our existing generic guides, but we will also tailor our guides to best suit the way your software and other technology investments work for you. Nevada can also build company-specific software guides from the ground up, all of which helps to smoothen out the transition for new users and ensure software success.
Custom non-IT guides
In the past year, we have made an effort to broaden our reach into non-IT related information topics, branching out into areas of health education, veteran services, and developing customized employee handbooks, with a sustained focus on large government agencies and organizations with a workforce of 10,000 or more employees. Those handbooks, along with videos and other web-based content, are just the latest edition to a range of offered formats that continue to include our traditional printed guides.
Nevada requires a written commitment of 5000 or more units to produce a Customized Guide. However, this requirement may vary, depending on the nature of your project. For more information, please contact your account executive at 1-800-256-8489, or complete a Customization Assessment Form.
